Agent’s Commission Based on two Fact
1. Total Weekly revenue = Total weekly earning of all your hostesses + total weekly revenue of all your sub-agents
2. Agent commission rate ( Short for CR), which is floating depending on his total weekly revenue as this sheet :
PARTY ROOM EXTRA REWARD
1. If the agency is an partyroom Agency, Agents can have extra rewards from party room’s regular gifts income.
2. (but partyroom agency members will not have any free call and exposure in video live) Regular Gifts share in party room have extra 30% ( regular Gifts share rate is 60%)
3. The rewards wont be counted in agency income, so upper agency will not have commission from their sub-agencies reward.

1. Female hosts earn “beans” through vido calls and Gifts, Female hosts gifts share is 60%
